The Board of Directors consists of four members and is chaired by Olivier Willi, Chairman of the Board of Directors. It decides on the company’s strategy on the basis of proposals from management and is responsible for monitoring and control. The Board is comprised of curated experts who provide both strategic advice and honest feedback to help drive Visionary’s success.
