We are looking for…
Senior Software Engineer
As part of a small, interdisciplinary team of engineers,you will further develop our SaaS consistingof different eHealth services. In and around the docboxplatform, which is a Spring-based microservice architecture, you will plan, developand maintain backend services, frontends, databases, REST interfaces, and different kinds of integrations with third-party providers. You will actively shape docbox, also in terms of security, performance, and UI/UX.
Project Manager
You bring our customer projects to success. You accompany our customers from the requirements, specification, offer, implementation to the rollout. They provide support with technical and marketing issues. In doing so, you will make skilful use of internal and external resources and thus form the bridge to Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Development, Support and to our partner companies. For some key accounts, you will remain the contact person for the further development of the mandate even after the rollout, which means that you will be involved with these customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Dervice Desk Manager
Do you have experience as a supporter with direct user contact? Do you enjoy customer support, are you able to inspire people for a cause and don’t let yourself get rattled even in tricky situations? Then you are exactly the right person to record and answer our customers’ questions on the phone and by e-mail in a structured manner.
